What is Personal Information

Personal Information refers to any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally, such as your name, company name, e-mail address and other information that can identify you as a person.

The Services We Provide

We provide services in the area of learning, leadership development and executive search.

The provider of these services is learn2grow s.r.o. with its legal office address Osnice 181, 252 42 Jesenice, Czech Republic and branch office in City Empiria, Na Strži 1702/65, 140 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic, company ID: 26733765, entered in the Register of Companies of the Municipal Court in Prague under Section C, entry 90343.

How we use the information we collect

In the area of learning and development, which includes our learning and 360-degree feedback portals, we mostly work with basic identification and contact information that is provided to us by our clients, such as:

- your name,

- your company (employer) name,

- e-mail address,

which we use to maintain the necessary user history to make sure you can use both the learning portal and the 360-degree feedback portal effectively.

In the area of executive search we work with information which you send to us in your CV or motivational letter as part of the selection process for positions in which you express interest in. We do not request any specific information or sending the CV in a specific template so there is a variety of information we receive from different candidates. Most of the time, this includes your name, phone number, e-mail address, your educational degree and/or other qualifications, your professional experience and employment history. Occasionally, the CV can contain information such as your date of birth, your photo, country of citizenship.

We never request from you any personal information that is not necessary for the purpose of the candidate selection process, such as copies of ID documents, ID number or birth certificate.

Why and for How Long Do We Keep Data?

The data we keep is always for the purpose of providing professional and quality services to our clients. For learning and leadership development services, this means using the data provided by the client for the duration of the project or as required by law. For executive search services, this means keeping data on candidates during the selection process, and, if you give us your consent, for another 1 or 2 years.
